My husband and I have loved working with Kitchen Mania (Avondale and Sylvia park). From the start to finish. Awesome communication from Sharryn Duncan who always let us know what was happening in advance re: pick up and drop off of our kitchen to installation. Thank you so much for making this renovation so seamless. 100 % will recommend.

Megan was great to deal with. She was friendly, helpful and listened to our ideas as well as offering much needed guidance and giving us useful ideas. We changed our mind a few times and Megan was always very patient and understanding. We are very happy with the finished kitchen and would highly recommend Megan and Kitchen Mania.

Very happy with the new kitchen that Kitchen Mania created for us. It was a small but complicated project but working with Jessica Harding from the Milford branch made it all come together seamlessly. Jessica was creative and pragmatic, and fun to work with. The installers organised all the required trades and all the work was done to a very high standard. Good result. Highly recommended.

We are in the process of having our kitchen installed by Kitchen Mania, we are working with Jess from the Milford Showroom. Jess has been amazing to work with, she has an easy-going nature with a great eye for detail. She nailed all our ideas and added some really special touches with her design and has been very accommodating with modifications to ensure we get exactly what we are after and within our budget. Highly recommend Jess to anyone about to take on a new kitchen, what could have been an overwhelming experience has been really positive and enjoyable.

From the start Kitchen Mania were awesome to deal with. They were professional and genuine. We were amazed at the speed at which Laura provided a design (with mock ups) for our new kitchen. At every step, we found them to be responsive, and the kitchen we ended up with is better than we could have imagined without their help. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

I was recommended Kitchen Mania in Avondale by a friend who said they were very impressed with the service. I now know why. Whilst overseas for 3 weeks my kitchen flooded and needed completely replacing. My main contact was Rowena Dooley who was so sympathetic and helpful. I was stressed and she calmed me down. She guided me through the whole process from design to installation. I was recommended a wonderful project manager who had an amazing team of tradesmen. They all inter meshed seamlessly and at no time was I left out of the loop. Rowena guided me on layout, colour and materials and was contactable throughout the whole process. Having an old villa made for some interesting problems but these were all over come. The guys installing the kitchen itself were really nice and conscientious. Everyone was great and I can't recommend them highly enough, especially Rowena.

We renovated our home - only property we own - after moving in July last year. We only had a makeshift kitchen until November. We came to Kitchen Mania having seen a White Kitchen (designed by Kitchen Mania) of a discerning friend of ours in 2020. While we were discussing the design with Megan Taylor (the Kitchen Designer), we looked at a design by another installer. After doing a cost comparison of two designs, we decided to stick with Kitchen Mania since Megan responded to our requirements in a very proactive manner. We had to "gate crash" on Megan sometimes to achieve a great design ( we think of it as a joint design). Megan was able to accommodate our requirements given our expense constraints too. We also found Kitchen Mania to have good processes and project management. Kitchen install was done to perfection by Steve Rackham and Chris Va'a of Kitchen Mania to deliver a top quality kitchen. We will do an injustice to Kitchen Mania if we don't mention about Carl Arnold who would not compromise on "Customer Satisfaction". He is driven to deliver "Customer Delight" with Kitchen Mania.

We love our new kitchen from Kitchen Mania! It is great quality and very stylish. Laura did a great job of our design and was able to work within our budget and specifications. The installation process was clear and smooth. The whole team are easy to work with and great with their communication. Very happy customers.

Jessica at the Milford branch was great to deal with, had lots of suggestions, and even gave us her contact at Harvey Norman to buy the appliances which saved us a lot of money. We're delighted with our kitchen from Kitchen Mania. I really wanted a pink kitchen which could have gone badly wrong if overdone. The team at Kitchen Mania instantly saw what I was looking for and were able to guide me through the process and incorporate hints of pink throughout the kitchen without it becoming over powering. They were super helpful with all aspects of our kitchen helping us to visualise what different elements like tiles and appliances would look like in there. The end result is uniquely us and wonderfully cohesive through to the dining and lounge areas. I couldn't love it more.

Kitchen Mania completed a total kitchen renovation for us in October 2022. Our designer, Jessica Harding, was wonderful to work with, full of great ideas, a good listener with a lovely manner. Martyn, Chantz and the install team were total professionals, adding real value to the process by giving sound practical solutions when needed, managing all the tradie requirements and keeping us up to date on progress. James from the technical team was awesome, identifying an issue and helping us decide on the best solution, he was so patient and solution-focused. After a recommendation, we contacted Dominic at Kitchenmania to help us renovate our kitchen/ dining area. What a great choice! He was fantastic to work with. My new kitchen from Kitchen Mania is everything I asked for. Beginning with Charlotte who was so sympathetic to my design requirements and followed up by the rest of the team including James and Jason, Oscar, Caine, Chris, the delivery guys, manufacturers and admin. staff, everyone was cheerful, knowledgeable, patient and respectful. Small changes here and there were never a problem and I am delighted with the result. I must admit I was not looking forward to the upheaval but everyone at Kitchen Mania was so professional with everything delivered on time and to such a high standard that it was a very pleasant experience.

Everyone will tell you that renovating your home is a stressful experience with kitchens being one of the hardest parts. Add to that lockdowns and delays and you have yourself quite the experience…unless you work with Mark C and his team from Kitchenmania. We started our conversations over Zoom in September 2021 and finally finished the project in July 2022 and although it was a long time to get to the finished result, we couldn’t be happier. Mark was so personable from the moment we started talking and his approach to ‘how we lived’ and not ‘what we lived in’ made all the difference. He wanted to understand what was important to us and to make sure that the ‘heart of the home’ represented that. If you want to renovate your kitchen, are worried or unsure of how to start or what to even start thinking about – look no further than Mark; he’ll set you right and be there right until the end.

We were very happy with Dom’s design we didn’t need to change anything and we were pleasantly surprise with things he had thought of design wise that we hadn’t. Such a good experience with kitchen mania, Dom saw the process through from start to finish and was incredible with us. So calm and efficient, listened to what we wanted and made suggestions on how to utilise kitchen space for the better. We are absolutely in love with it. Everything is such great quality and works so effectively. Megans recommendations worked out perfect especially when we were unsure of the location of drawers/cupboards etc. All the needs we mentioned were accurately completed and the overall design was creative for the space and enabled us to vision how the kitchen could be. The kitchen is practical, functional but very beautiful at the same time. Installation and work times were accurate and the kitchen was completed on the agreed upon date. We went to Milford KM in Feb and Dom did plans for us. We were caught up in the Ak lockdowns which delayed Oct installation. but this gave us time to review our plans and we now have the kitchen we wants. Dom was very understanding of our changes and Arthur or drawing up slightly changed plans. Dom also recommended a builder to do structural work and that was a great reference. Installation was prompt once date reassigned and an error in the bench/sink was accepted and correct by KM without any problem. We found it a great company to work with and helpful when we needed advice.

Kitchen Mania, Milford did a full kitchen renovation for us. Dominic Hoeft designed our kitchen. He was so lovely to work with. Friendly, courteous, patient and most importantly listened to us. He made the whole process a very pleasant one and we are thrilled with the result. We also used Kitchen Mania's project manager, Martyn Barriball. He and his team made the whole process effortless and the whole process from demolition to completion of full installation took only 3 weeks. Pretty amazing. We can't speak highly enough of our total experience with Kitchen Mania. We are now using Dominic and his team to renovate our laundry.

We recently had a new kitchen installed by Kitchen Mania. It was a top-notch experience, right from design conception through to installation and we were super impressed. Designer Mark Chatfield created an awesome new kitchen for us from what was a very tricky space - a kitchen we absolutely love and wouldn't change one thing about! Cannot recommend Dom and the Kitchen Mania team highly enough! We spoke to a number of companies before choosing to go with Kitchen Mania, and in the end it was an easy decision. My dealings with Kitchen Mania, and specifically Dominic Hoeft in their team were fantastic from day one. We've used them for an office, a seriously big kitchen, and are now discussing a laundry. For our kitchen we had a quote from another company which was significantly more, for less, and they were useless at design. Dom and the team at Kitchen Mania were thorough, responsive and worked with our layout and what myself and my interior designer wanted to achieve. Nothing was a problem, and when we were left without a benchtop as covid got in the way of our install, the GM, Greg, called me personally to arrange a temporary top the following day so we could move into the kitchen over lockdown. They were in touch the first day back in level 3, and the install was completed quickly and efficiently. Their Quality Control Manager Steve facetimed me during lockdown to help me with adjusting drawers, Chris, their install guy came back after install to the house to change integrated fridge doors 3 times - because I wasn't quite happy (my issue, not their issue). I can't say good enough things about them, and I would highly recommend them. A credit to the industry.

From the 1st phone enquiry to the final fit off the job went smoothly. i have had many people comment on how good both kitchen look.I will use them again.

We had a great experience with Dominic and the team at Kitchen Mania. From the moment we met Dom he was responsive to our questions, requests and ideas and quick to come up with solutions. We thought we knew exactly what we wanted going in but, as is the way with any big build, plans adapted. Dom moved on the fly and helped us to bring those morphing ideas to life. Ours is an expansive kitchen. We wanted lots of work surface and plenty of storage. We were also unwavering in wanting an island with a double waterfall end as a statement piece. Dominic and the team worked to make this dream a reality within the modest budget that we had. They helped us to find solutions that saved money without compromising the aesthetic or functionality of the kitchen. Dom also took care of the details. We wanted a minimalist finish that celebrated the overall design of the space it sits in rather than drawing focus with fussy details. He helped us to choose the right handles and design a custom on-bench cabinet to hide all of our table top appliances. We absolutely love the end result and would recommend Dominic and the Kitchen Mania team in a heartbeat.

From start to finish the process could not have been easier. During the design stages any little changes we required were made with no hassles. The design team had some great ideas and explained why some of ours weren’t so great. The installation team were extremely professional and fussy with their product, nothing was too much trouble and if something wasn’t right it was fixed. We are more than happy with our new kitchen and people who helped us put it all together.

Kitchen Mania were great to work with. Dominic stood head and shoulders above the representatives of the other firms we had engaged. From our initial consultation with Dom, through the design process and then ultimately through each step along the way Kitchen Mania's knowledge, insights and communication were excellent. Kitchen Mania was an absolute pleasure to deal with from the outset. Our experience started with a visit from their lovely salesperson to assess our existing space and design an amazing new kitchen tailored specifically to how we live and cook. Everything ran smoothly throughout the design process and installation went very well considering the overall misalignment of our kitchen – their installers may well have a side degree in magic! Any issues (only minor, as can be expected with any renovation) were dealt with promptly and gave us no reason at all for concern. We are beyond happy with how the kitchen turned out and we would use Kitchen Mania for future projects in a heartbeat! Our only regret is not having done it sooner. We asked Kitchen Mania to re-vamp our kitchen from an old style wooden one and they transformed it in to a very modern and clean looking space. The staff were all very helpful and friendly and the work was carried out to a high standard and very efficiently. We had a tight time frame in order for completion to be in time for our son's wedding and Kitchen Mania pulled out all the stops to have this done on time. I highly recommend Kitchen Mania, their staff and services to anyone.

We are regular renovators, who have used two other kitchen companies in the past but since 2013 we have used Kitchen Mania and only Kitchen Mania. The staff are more than just professional, they take care and pride in every step of the kitchen process from the quoting, planning, design, delivery and installation. We love that they have options are every price point and have a huge range of options to customise your design. In our opinion and experience, Kitchen Mania are the best.

I have been meaning to write to you guys for a while to say a huge thank you for our amazing kitchen! Pete and I are constantly saying to our friends how awesome Kitchen Mania were to deal with along the whole process from initial visit at our place to the final snag list after installation. Everyone we came into contact with at Kitchen Mania were extremely professional but also very flexible to suit our needs and what we were wanting for our kitchen. Nothing was ever an issue including me changing my mind constantly about what I wanted. I can assure you the other kitchen companies we initially dealt with were way below your levels of customer service and clearly not interested in what we actually wanted as the customer. The result is amazing, we have loved showing our friends and family the transformation and it has actually changed the way we live in our house. Hi, Please pass this feedback up through your ranks and to Martyn who project-managed the two kitchen's we recently had fitted to our Remuera home. Once again I would like to commend you all collectively for an excellent job with our new kitchens. Sarah Jane Cooper was excellent in the initial design and consultation phase, and we have ended up with a really user-friendly and functional design, that looks fabulous. It was great to get the latest advice about the latest products such as the latest engineered stone designs, and clever cabinetry that we had no idea about. Sarah led us through the process, came up with some great solutions for some tight areas and gave us the confidence that we were making the right decision in choosing Kitchen Mania once again. What was even more outstanding was the project management led by Martyn Barriball. Martyn made this part so hassle-free for us and organised excellent cabinet fitters electrical and plumbing tradesmen, in a seamless and systematic manner. It was as though the various 'tradies' had nothing else to do but to wait on Martyn's phone call to say that they were required for their part of the process (which on speaking to each tradesman, was further from the truth as all were flat-out with work - testament to Martyn's pulling-power and organisation!). Martyn was always at the end of the phone, and even when we changed our minds about powerpoint locations and different plumbing there was no-drama and the changes were simply just made straight away. The work to the bespoke cabinet to hide our water boiler, that was cut on site for the kitchenette looks like it was manufactured with the rest of that kitchen, and the carpenter deserves credit for his carpentry skills for making this a millimetre-perfect fit. Overall we are very impressed with the service and delighted with the finished product. We realise that you are all collectively just doing your jobs, but we were made to feel like we made some new friends along the way. Working with kitchen mania was fun and easy. Chris suggested ways to make the kitchen more functional and spacious than I could’ve figured out in my own. We went to Kitchen Mania in the hope of replacing our original 1970's kitchen with something that was modern, functional and would add value to our house without being overpriced. Greg worked with us to design a beautiful kitchen that met all of our requirements and more! Greg was very professional, he listened to our needs and came out to our house on two occasions during the design process (We couldn't decide whether we were going to keep the kitchen in the same location or re arrange our entire house to put it in the current lounge!) Once we made our final decisions on the design of the kitchen we paid our deposit and everything ran very smoothly. The after sales team made sure we were aware of all of the important dates and what we needed to prepare before the kitchen was delivered. Martyn also came over for a site measure. The kitchen was delivered on time and the install ran very smoothly. We were really happy with the quick turn around of the stone bench top and the quality of workmanship in both the kitchen and in the bench top. There are not many companies out there these days that we would leave our front door key out for - but we felt very comfortable with the Kitchen Mania team and were happy for them to do site measurements and install the kitchen while we were at work. Overall we have a VERY cool kitchen that we absolutely love!! We enjoyed the process and would recommend Kitchen Mania to both family and friends. Thank you Kitchen Mania!
