Unfortunately i cant give 0 stars, from the start to finish our kitchen through Palazzo has been a nightmare. I dont know where to start, but many thing were the wrong size, they had taken the wrong measurements and some of our appliances wouldn't fit, then we had to battle to get that sorted at substantial cost to us. I then had to take days offwork because they couldnt find some parts and then delivered to the wrong house twice and i had to physically shift everything myself from the wrong house. Following that the led lighting they had specified was wrong so we had another contractir come in who put in a completely different light that didnt match. It is now a year later and we are still trying to get broken light covers fixed and to switch out the wrong leds. At this stage they are not responding, im so fed up with this whole experience, take our advice dont go with these guys, it was the worst experience of any service i have ever had.

Amanda and team were great to work with they listened and delivered a Kitchen that is a pleasure to work in. The quality of work and installation along with time-frames and cost met our expectations - there were no surprises. The builder, tilers, electrician, plumber all were impressed with the detail provided to them. Top job well done team

Our experience with the Palazzo kitchen design and install team was amazing. Our everyday enjoyment of our Palazzo kitchen continues to be a pleasure. Our kitchen was a modernisation of an existing kitchen and the process had its challenges. From the start Hannah, our kitchen designer, listening carefully. She took our ideas and worked with them to achieve the final design. She understood things about kitchen design that we didn’t appreciate. We were demanding high standards and the initial design went through a couple of versions. Hannah was very patient throughout the whole process. She picked up ideas and enhanced them. We are so thrilled with the end result and never tire of walking into such a beautiful space – and then being able to enjoy the experience of cooking in our kitchen. We love the strong clean line elements. The black, white and chrome give an effect of timeless elegance. We love the white lacquer finish and the self-closing cupboards and draws are wonderful. The robustness of the componentry and construction gives us real peace of mind. The installer was fantastic – he contracted to us to help us prepare for the install. He went beyond what could reasonably be expected and we were delighted with the end result. We had issues with the extractor unit – but there was never a doubt that a replacement unit was to come. We had total faith in Hannah and she shone. Everyone’s commitment to customer satisfaction was noted

To have a European kitchen was always my dream.I wanted a white high gloss clean lined kitchen and that's exactly what I've got.I really like the glass toe kicks it's modern luxury at it's best. The designer I worked with was very professional her knowledge of material available for me to choose was outstanding. The deadline and budget was as quoted. I would have know hesitation designing another kitchen with Palazzo

After completing loads of research and visiting four other local kitchen designers and suppliers Palazzo Kitchens were our last call. The professional staff at Palazzo and the obvious quality of their German kitchen products left us in no doubt we had finally found the right supplier for our new kitchen. The design process was painless using their state of art computer programmes. The final cost of our kitchen was a huge surprise for us, it was so very competitive and affordable for such a quality product. Thank you all for a great job!

Palazzo Kitchen (CHCH) supplied our new back in 2008, for our 1950's renovation. The kitchen design wasn't overly challenging, but were incredibly impressed with the small details and the design aspects that made the kitchen more than a simple galley design. The kitchen was fitted with some incredible hardware that maximized the storage space, and made use of our small kitchen space. Our kitchen was installed over a 2 day period, and we found some issues with the older house after the old kitchen was removed - and Palazzo's install team were more than accommodating while we sorted out the crumbling lather and plaster. The designer was experienced and helpful, and wasn't afraid to tell us where he believed we were going wrong, but also listened when we insisted on a specific feature. The kitchen came from Germany, and arrived 1 week after the quoted dated - but being a renovation, this wasn't an issue for us, in fact gave us more time to fix the issues found when removing the old kitchen. We sold this property in 2016, and the Harcourts agent used the fact that we had a Palazzo kitchen in the advertising material, which I believed helped sell the house.
