About Us

Lanzscapes, operated by Steve Dodds, is a landscape design business located in Kerikeri, New Zealand. Steve has been dedicated to the design and realisation of high quality and distinctive residential, commercial and resort landscape solutions, both within New Zealand and abroad since 1988. Steve’s expertise in landscape design stems from his creative flair, horticultural background and excellent communication skills. Close collaboration when pitching his ideas to his clients is key to reaching the desired results. Lanzscapes has received many referrals and returning customers, happy clients all around. Steve is a sole practitioner concentrating on design, consultation and plant and product sourcing.

We went with LANZSCAPES again as we had been very pleased with the sub-tropical garden Steve Dodds had designed for our previous home. He is easy to work with, listens carefully to your preferences and is happy to work collaboratively on both design and implementation. This site had important trees and nikau palms which needed to be retained and worked around. His plant knowledge is impressive and he has a wonderful knack of sourcing and incorporating stunning design features and materials. We highly recommend LANZSCAPES as a company and Steve Dodds personally.
