I have recently completed a project with Monique Neilsen at Zones and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the result. I was keen to transform my tired lacklustre back deck into an outdoor room with a louvre roof, fireplace, built in BBQ and wine fridge. Working with Monique was a dream. She immediately understood what I wanted to create and was able to guide on budget, design options and timelines. She was always incredibly respectful of my budget - recommending where to invest in high end fittings and when value options will give the same result. I was able to benefit from her experience doing similar projects which really helped the decision-making process. Monique has a great design aesthetic so I always appreciated her opinion when I asked for it but equally she is happy to deliver on your vision for the space. Monique project managed all of the many trades so I never had to worry about letting people in or briefing them. She always met them on site and ensured everything was executed perfectly. On a few occasions, she had things redone at no cost as they didn’t meet her standard. It really took the pressure off and made the whole project so easy. I couldn’t recommend Monique and Zones more highly and look forward to using them again future projects.

We were very happy with the work that was completed to transform our outdoor area. It is now a green oasis with a spa and bbq area that is used constantly.
