“Had them do a major roof repair as the previous roofer did a crap job on the flashing around a chimney. These guys were on time to the minute for the quote and to begin work. When they were done there was no scrap or nails etc. anywhere. Dimitri (one of the owners) was there the whole time and everything went great. I highly recommend these guys.”

“I had about 5 different companies come to bid my roof job. They all claimed it was a 2 man job for 2 days. They quoted me double the price that Sam did. Sam did the job by himself. He did it for half the price. He included (at no extra cost) The cost of the underlay ($200) & it's free installing. (Not covered by his competitors) He also went above and beyond and painted my stacks (at no extra cost) He cleaned up all of the mess & disposed of all of the shingles. (Also not in the other quotes) He gave me a written contract warranty. This man has integrity. He is a one man machine. He did the work in 2 half days (By himself) At half the price of all 4 other of his competitors with a warranty. Hire this guy. The work was superb. Looks fantastic! “Upon my phone request, the business manager came to my home, examined the condition of my roof and gave me a quote. We, then, discussed some details about a skylight I wanted repositioned and up-sized and agreed on a date and price. The crew came early on the agreed day and did a neat, organized and professional job. They took much care in not damaging any plants in my garden and cleaned up around the house to detail before leaving. My roof got well done and I was left with a very nice impression on this company and his owner. He is a nice person.”

“Called Mike for a leak in my roof after another company told me I needed to replace over $7K of the roof that was only 9 years old. Mike found that the roof was not installed properly where it butts against the siding of the second story. He fixed it for less than $2K. That was 2 years ago and I’ve not had a problem since. He is a really nice, decent guy and I highly recommend him!”

“Never in my life have I dealt with such a professional company. They were here when they said they would be. No fooling around. I had a whole siding job done, soffits, gutters, shutters, steel door and a bathroom fan installed. The house looks amazing. Everyone who rides or walks by takes a second look. The comments I have been getting have been nothing but positive. The crew leader takes charge and makes everything go smooth. This company also did my roof about 7 years ago. I enjoyed the same type of experience. Done neatly and they leave no mess. VERY SATISFIED!”

“I hired WC Rott to re-install gutters on one side of my house, add/tie in another side, and put new gutters on my garage. WC Rott does excellent work. I was very happy with the final product. Although the sales estimator creeped me out a little, he went through their business philosophy. I like that they use full-time employees, don't subcontract, and it sounds like their employees are treated well. They are not cheap!!! I made a split second decision, and wished I had gone with another quote that was almost 1/2 the cost, and was from another reputable company. I tried to cancel the contract, but was not able to do so without paying almost 1/2 of the total cost. For my small job, I was unhappy with that. All in all, I'm VERY happy with the quality of the work done. If you want to pay extra to feel good about supporting a company that [likely] treats they workers like real people, I would recommend them. If you want a good job done without paying (what I feel is) too much, use someone else.”
