But fortunately for me I was wrong. The owner, Kris Kincaid, personally came by to do the estimate. He had a warm energy about him and his west Texas charm made me feel confident that I made the right decision. He made sure I was in the know in understanding what the job entails and how much it would cost. He walked me through the insurance claim and went line by line to ensure the money was distributed appropriately and then he personally went door to door to all my neighbors and dropped off a personal note letting them know that they would be roofing during what days and time. This guy is awesome! I can tell Kris is passionate about his job. This was one of the very few times where I genuinely felt like I had 5 star service. I had a hole in my roof and it needed to be repaired. They first put a tarp over it until it they could come out. Kris would call me every now and then to make sure that it was intact and that no water would get through. I would highly recommend Kincaid Roofing to everyone I know.”
