After our new house build, we wanted to make sure our "precious to us" pictures were hung correctly. Dan was amazing, and also gave great advice and placement knowledge that we simply hadn't considered, and the outcome was incredible.

Tilly & Tiffen have used Dan from ARC Fine Art Services, to hang mirrors and Art works in my valued Interior Design Clients homes all clients were extremely happy, also Dan has hung rails for my fabric samples and fabric waterfalls in my Design showroom. Moving house from Auckland to Tauranga is logistically a fretful 'project' in itself. It then takes time and effort to unpack and set up the furniture, accumulated furnishings and fittings in their new surroundings. When it comes to hanging pictures and artwork, we realised very quickly we needed expert assistance to help us. We contacted ARC Fine Art Services and after a brief in-house consultation with Dan, ARC was engaged to 'place and hang' what turned out to be a house lot of large heavy pictures, mirrors and accumulated artworks. Dan quickly displayed the right attitude, professional knowledge, experience and ability. He was very personable, engaging and very, very competent. We would highly recommend ARC Fine Art Services.

Dan provided a great service to us of hanging a large piece of contemporary NZ art. His work was impeccable and he was friendly, engaging and punctual. The best things about Dan were that he was technically savvy, highly experienced in his practice and he knew his medium incredibly well having worked across the art sector both internationally and at home. With 50 plus pictures to hang in our new home we were grateful for the expertise and experience ARC Fine Art Services. had to offer. With Dan du Bern's thoughtful, innovative and specialist knowledge we were able to place the various pieces throughout, to enhance both the pictures and our new home. Dan also advised on how several pieces could be updated, lifted out of their time period by using modern framing techniques, giving an added bonus to their respective displays. We are very happy with the outcome and have no hesitation in recommending Dan to family and friends.

I had a very large canvas that we had tried to stretch ourselves onto poor quality framing - it was not good (crinkly and with bad corners!) so through a framing company I called Dan for help. He organised a new strong frame and then restretched the canvas, and hung it up - absolutely perfect (saved the day!) He was an absolute delight, very professional, and did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend him to advise and work on any art installation.
