“After my wood floors were installed, I didn't want to go with the same contractor for the wood trim. My painter recommended a general contractor that he often works with that excels at wood trim. Time was of the essence, because the floors were done and the painting was to begin. Josu, of B.M.I Contracting, had a cancelation from his schedule and was able to jump in and provide the trim for our 2200 SF house. Given COVID, trim supply was short for wood trim. Josu went to 3 sources to track down enough of the same trim for us. Josu worked steadfastly and efficiently to install the trim and the results are great! He excelled at communication of pros and cons of choices, shared appropriate details and status. This communication and care for quality resulted in our trust and appreciation. We will be hiring Josu again and already have some projects in the queue. We recommend Josu, of B.M.I Contracting, as a general contractor and trim specialist.”

“George is very punctual and is very precise in what he does. We had a small bathroom to remodel and he was positive about the project. He gave us a very fair bid compared to other bids we received. He started on time and completed the remodel on time and on budget. I would recommend George for any remodel task. He is knowledgeable about his craft and has a good sense of timing. “We recently completed a whole house remodel; three new bedrooms and two new bathrooms. In the master bathroom Monty Stone installed a heated tiled floor, counter backsplash, custom shower stall with "river rock" shower pan, soap niche. In the guest bedroom Monty installed a tile floor and tub surround, soap niche, counter backspash and behind the toilet. Floor moldings consisted of tile with hand-finished edges. Of all the tradesmen that worked on our project, Monty is one of the few I give an A+. Even the glass shower door installer agrees with me. Monty prides himself on meeting and exceeding customer expectations. This he did for us. He has my highest recommendation.”

“My old bathroom had the shower door that gapped and leaked so I needed a new one. After doing some research I decided to hire the guys from "KB Glass and Metal" because their price seemed more than fair. After my call, they came out promptly, within just 48 hours, and did the measuring. My wonderful, new and non-leaking shower door was installed within a few days and I couldn't be happier with their work. Great job guys!”
