I'm creating a 'white herb garden' which is exciting and fun, but having trouble sourcing some of the plants. Wondered if anyone could help on where I could find seeds or plants of the Dwarf White Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia 'Nana Alba') in New Zealand? Or has anyone had success importing seeds? TIA!

These stairs go down to my daughters house. They are both narrow and steep with quite a drop on one side. Does anyone have any suggestions on how they could be improved?
