seeking information and specs on black window/door manufacturers that would work in multi-seasonal house

Hey all, we have a mid 90's house with a couple of glass brick windows, one of which has started to seep with heavy rain causing the interior sill Gib to crumble. How should I tackle this as I can't see any obvious area where water may be getting in. Cheers

Hi. Our new build has Colorsteel cladding and aluminium joinery both in the colour Flaxpod. The aluminium joinery (from First Windows) looks a lot different from the Colorsteel colour. Our builder has confirmed that the aluminium joinery has been powdercoated in Flaxpod and that the variation in colour is due to the difference in how Colorsteel is coloured and the powdercoating process of aluminium. Is our builder's explanation correct? Thanks in advance.

Hi, I was hoping to do herringbone subway tile for splasback behind stove but I am also doing tile splashback behind my sink that has a window. Herringbone isn’t going to work there. Any suggestions on tile laying pattern that would look best for both? Considering stacked horizontal or vertical or traditional brick. Is there any way to still have herringbone by stove but dfferent by sink so it won’t look silly? Thanks! tile I am using - it is 75 x 300 layout
