Hello everyone. We have currently sold our house and looking to build. Where is best place to cut cost and most important areas to spend on? Any advice appreciated. I prefer a modern/scandi/minimalist look.

Wanting to know what the best options are foor flooring in lounge, dining and kitchen. l was thinking of wooden or similar look to wood. Can anyone give me ideas of materials they have used. Not keen to use polished concrete (although it looks good) I have two small children.

In my experience Moewaka, it is usually more economic to keep as much of the existing as you can and add on what you need. Some things do depend on the level of finish you want to achieve too. Hi all, Any recommendations for the most basic simple house builder? I just want a decent size house for the best price possible. I dont care about landscaping, driveways etc. I just want a prefab home or a easy build done on a section of land. Thank you in advance, any help is appreciated.
