We have a room that has needed part of the wall renewing (gib board) so we now have the dilema that the rest of the walls will need to have old painted over wallpaper taken off to make the room uniform.Probably we will then skim the walls with plaster to get a paint quality finish. Has anyone successfully removed paper that's been painted? What's a good method? Thanks.
