We are soon to begin building a new home. We are having uPVC door and window frames. We are keen on wood look (golden oak) for the exterior frames but undecided on interior colour. Our initial plan was to have white frames on the inside, which we think will be good for all the regular bedroom/living windows. However, we have about 10m stretch of glass sliding doors/windows that transitions out onto a deck. We are not sure about the look of wood exterior/white interior on the door frames, particularly as you transition through the doors.

We have also considerered dark grey/black window frames on the interior.

We plan on having timber floors - probably blackbutt or spotted gum. House will be a contemporary/scandi look (exterior will be grey brick/monument cladding)

Any advice/comments? and in particular any photos of similar doors/windows would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
