Victorian Home Moved Into the 21st Century

Our clients engaged us to complete the full build with plans in hand. We started the process by going through the council planning process, then once approved we organised everything from start to finish, including the demolition of the 2 Victorian homes.

One of the homes shared a common wall making it particularly difficult, which meant most of the demolition had to be completed by hand.

The project was built in 8 months and completely landscaped to a 'turn-key" finish. We also looked after the sourcing of all appliances and included them in the budget we were given.

Our clients are thrilled with the final product and not only love living in the space but many neighbors and friends comment on the curb appeal that the home has.

So amazing, love the contemporary exterior! This has gone from a space that looks like Alfred may have occupied prior to butler duties to now a super sleek place that Batman would reside!

Very Nice. I'm surprised you were allowed to demolish the existing old facades

Thats what I was thinking too - shame they could not have been retained

I am sorry, I just want to cry. Yes its stunning but to destroy an old beauty like that is just wrong. Heatbreaking and what does it do the the overall street scape.

Dreadful outside, looks like a car park, but I’m sure inside is light filled and modern.
