hi is there a clothes chute in the main bathroom ? does it act as a seat as well ? what type of floor you used in the living area? is it tiled or polished concrete?

There is a clothes chute between the master ensuite (first floor) and laundry (ground floor). There is clothes chute concealed below an integrated bench seat.

The living / kitchen / dining room is a polished concrete floor finish.
