I’d rule out 2 and 3 unless you absolutely love them. It will be more costly to have the range hood in front of a window (let alone utilise window coverings) So 4 gets my vote. I like symmetry and it will be easy to get blinds.
If that window is the west side, then I would suggest option 4. It will reduce the hot summer sun into kitchen. It will reduce the amount of cleaning you would have to do to clean oil splash etc from window.
Once you move into the home, depending where you are located, you may find that you need some external shading on the window, whichever design you choose.
Option 4 gives you the light without having a window splashback to clean. Everyone is different with how they use their kitchen so that may be fine for you. I have a friend who built with the window splashback and the spatters from cooking drive her crazy. She needs to clean after each cook and has to wait until the stove cools down so she can lean across it to do so. When it is clean it does look stunning. On another note, we have recently replaced our 15 year old kitchen that had no overheads and canopy exhaust - similar to your current plans. My idea was to have the kitchen looking more spacious. In the reno we added a run of cupboards across the space and incorporated the extractor into the cabinetry. This has added more storage but more surprisingly I think it actually helps make the kitchen look bigger (There are other changes we made which add to this effect). Top photo is almost finished kitchen when we built the house. Bottom is new kitchen. Good luck with your reno, be sure to poste pics when it is complete.
Not sure what climate you live in. I have twice lived in homes with west facing kitchen windows - it is very difficult in summer when dinner preparation coincides with hot setting sun coming in the window. Never again.
