We have an old Californian bungalow that we are going to do some work on. Currently we don't have a laundry, our designer has drawn up suggested floorplans to incorporate one into the house. Her suggestion is a laundry that you walk through to reach the bathroom. I don't want to post up plans as that would breach our contract so please don't ask.
We don't have the land to build out anywhere else in order to include a laundry.
This way we would be pushing out the exterior wall of our exisiting old bathroom and making the space bigger to include a laundry that you walk through to get to the bathroom- it would be small - consisting of a tub with machine and a dryer over it, and a folding bench on the other side.
Thoughts please?
