Kitchens naturally move from styled for photography to everyday functional use. You have limited space and I would consider adding a shelf or 2 to store the canisters to better use that space

A corner shelving would be great to free up bench space, you could add a tray on the other side of your sink for your other items.

The basics are okay , but same-old same-old . The red clock doesn't quite gel with the brown , but it adds colour and whimsy , so you are on the right track IMO .

That yoke yellow is nice -- I assume you will put them in that far corner ? Will they fit ( ie are there power points ) over the front left corner -- they'll have more impact there , again just my opinion .

Then add a small green 'weeping' plant in a yellow pot 75-100mm wide on the window sill , a yellow tea towel on the oven handle , maybe go full noise and change the splashback to yellow glass or yellow subway tiles .

Then you might do a couple of black or chrome stools with yellow cushions , some art in the dining room , as well as a yellow rug -- okay , I'm guessing and getting carried away , but you get the idea .

Hi Wish69, I agree with Kate, a few floating shelves left of your window may help.

I am more concerned about your Gas cooktop though, regs require the edge of the trivet to be at least 200mm away from combustible material such as the face panel left side of your wall oven. I suggest you lay a row of tiles along this area to avoid a house fire.
