A few inspiration photos as to what you can achieve, paint colours, it all depends how big a renovation to your facade you are wanting to do. Landscaping plays a huge part as well.

I love timber , but that effect would be hard to achieve ( you could have the battens protruded rather than set back , but it won't look the same ) . Similarly , do you want to render or keep the bricks ?

I think I'd leave the windows ( getting a concrete cutter in and doing clean cuts would be relatively easy , assuming you get the window made to the exact size of the new hole , but will it actually achieve much ? ) . I'd do the wooden entrance door and matching garage door , I'd do stacked schist or similar rock up that pillar , and add gardens -- $10-15k . That inspo pic would be $50k minimum I'd guess , and whilst it would look better and add value , you then have the problem that the rest of your house , including the interior , will all need at least tweaks , or it will look 'tacked on' and possibly tacky .

I like the 2 tall windows as well, though you could change the frames to match the what you do with the doors. You could also consider sashless windows so you don't have the horizontal bar across them. Or the 3 equal panes in Julie's second photo might also look better than the existing ones.
