I am planning to put NSW/Coastal Blackbutt Engineered Timber flooring in corridors and main living areas on an area of about 100sqm. I am looking for advise regarding the following :

1. Which Engineered Timber Brand should I use-- ? Woodpecker ? Embleton ? Lifewood

Which product do people recommend that has no issues regarding colour pattern uniformity or issues with the boards warping or a company that honours its warranty. I ahve tried to do Google Reviews of these products but its all mixed up.

2. Any recommendations on professional installers ?

I am not after a budget option, I am after a good product and good workmanship that will last me a while.
