This might be a stupid question but I can't make any sense out of internet searches. We want to get approval for a pool, can anyone explain the process to me please? I don't even know where to start! Thank you!!
Normally a swimming pool supplier would submit the necessary paperwork to your local council for approval prior to installation. In WA anyways. As bigreader has wisely said. Contact your local council for your specific area requirements.
Your local swimming pool installers will usually be happy to come to your property and talk about what you want to do and will have a very good idea what you can and can’t do. They would then take care of the whole process for you. Having just installed a pool and seen how much work was involved, you definitely don’t want to organise it yourself.
