An extensive renovation involving enclosing an existing dining space to include a large butler's pantry, new door connecting to kitchen removal of wall paneling and new floors throughout.

Kitchen completed in Beaumaris. Dulux lexicon satin 2-Pac painted cabinetry with feature Polytec Nordic oak woodmatt island back and floating shelves. Finished with Caesar stone calacutta Nuvo stone benchtops.

This kitchen pays homage to a British Colonial style of architecture combining formal design elements of the Victorian era with fresh tropical details inspired by the West Indies such as pineapples and exotic textiles. Every detail was meticulously planned, from the coffered ceilings to the custom made ‘cross’ overhead doors which are glazed and backlit. The classic blue joinery is in line with the Pantone Color Institute, Color of the Year for 2020 and brings a sense of tranquillity and calm to the space. The White Fantasy marble bench tops add an air of elegance and grace with the lambs tongue edge detail and timeless grey on white tones. Complete with a butler’s pantry featuring full height glass doors, this kitchen is truly luxurious.

A previously unused storage room, which once accommodated a ladder to the mezzanine office, has been elegantly transformed into a functional scullery, seamlessly integrated with the kitchen. The scullery provides ample storage space for kitchen essentials such as cookware, small appliances, cleaning supplies, and pantry items. It helps to keep the main kitchen area clutter-free and organized, allowing for easy access to frequently used items. The scullery acts as a hidden haven where messy or noisy kitchen tasks can take place without disrupting the aesthetics and tranquility of the main kitchen area.

Complete kitchen remodel. The pantry, fridges and an appliance bench are hidden in the wall of talls, and there's a built-in charging pad on the island bench. The original marble island bench was repurposed as decorative cladding to the fireplace in the living room.
