La nueva tipología de hogar se basa en las construcciones tradicionales de la zona, pero con un toque contemporáneo. Una caja blanca apoyada sobre otra de piedra que, a su vez, se abre para dejar aparecer el vidrio, permite dialogar perfectamente la sensación de protección y refugio necesarios con las vistas y la luz del maravilloso paisaje que la rodea. La casa se encuentra situada en la vertiente sur del macizo de Peña Cabarga en el pueblo de Pámanes. El edificio está orientado hacia el sur, permitiendo disfrutar de las impresionantes vistas hacia el valle y se distribuye en dos niveles: sala de estar, espacios de uso diurno y dormitorios en la planta baja y estudio y dormitorio principal en planta alta.

This living room, part of the New England & Cape Cod–inspired home by Studio212 Ltd, blends calm comfort with carefully detailed design. At the centre, a bespoke media wall with integrated fireplace and floating cabinetry is framed by illuminated shelving, providing both display and storage. The shelving composition is styled with layered artwork, ceramics, and greenery to create a curated yet relaxed atmosphere. Above, a Lira Lighting circular pendant anchors the space and highlights the architectural ceiling recess. The layout is grounded by sofas from Camerich, paired with a nested marble-and-glass coffee table that adds sculptural elegance. A soft New King carpet completes the scheme, adding warmth and texture underfoot. The result is a family living space that feels sophisticated, comfortable, and deeply connected to its architectural setting.

The main room features 4 metre high ceilings and large sliding glass doors so that in the summer the living room doubles up with the outside terrace. TG-Studio also installed a new wood burning fireplace with flamed granite base and black steel back; this feature holds a 70 inch tv and surround sound system. It also hides a new double height towel storage room so that the niche (formerly a bread oven) could be opened up into the main room. The two L-shaped Lazytime sofas are by Camerich and the Toubkal cushions by The Rug Company.

El salón conectado con la cocina, y con un techo abierto, hacen que el juego de luces, ademas de funcional, sea decorativo, para así tener un espacio en el que poder disfrutar de distintas escenas y momentos. El sofá con Chaise es una pieza minimalista liviana y moderna que coordina perfectamente con el estilo de la casa.

Proyecto de arquitectura interior para la rehabilitación de un apartamento en el corazón de Palma, donde el estilo tradicional de la zona y el estilo moderno del interior se unen. Líneas sobrias, materiales cálidos y mucha luz hacen que la vivienda se convierta en un espacio acogedor y amplio. El uso de materiales nobles como la madera de roble y piedra natural acompañados de hierro en las carpinterías crean un diseño duradero y atemporal, alejándonos de las tendencias fugaces.
