Lors d’un rendez-vous conseil, mes clients souhaitaient être guidé pour le positionnement d’un papier peint. En effet, lorsque l’on veut faire rentrer une touche d’originalité dans son intérieur sans pour autant tout changer il y a la solution du « mur d’accent », c’est à dire, faire ressortir un espace défini avec du papier peint (ou une couleur). Après avoir discuté des envies et des contraintes du projet avec mes clients, j’ai pu leur proposer, en fonction de leur choix, différents visuels leur permettant de se projeter.

This interior design style used in a new build apartment using lounge furniture pieces client inherited. The client already had the painting and the brief was Tropical Mid-Century Modern we added a touch of retro charm to match the building style. We used botanical-inspired upholstery on the seating introduces a lush, tropical vibe, while the sleek wooden furniture with clean lines reflects mid-century modern influences. The palette is grounded in warm neutrals, accented by pops of vibrant colors like mustard yellow and deep green, which add energy and depth to the space. The oversized palm tree artwork serves as a statement piece, reinforcing the tropical theme and bringing a sense of calm and escapism to the room. The minimalist layout is enhanced by thoughtful decor elements, such as the oversized wall clock and ambient lighting, which add functionality while maintaining simplicity. The combination of natural materials like wood and layered textiles creates a balance between warmth and sophistication. This design effortlessly blends retro tropical elements with modern sensibilities to create a stylish, inviting living space.
