Black and Milk | Interior Design | LondonNatural tones run throughout, with each room boasting its own palette. The living room looks to autumn for inspiration, with earthy colours, burgundy accents and pops of black that tie in with the window frames. The living room was tweaked to create a large seating area with a corner sofa and a separate reading area. We also designed a contemporary fireplace, with an easy-to-use bioethanol fire.

R2 Studio ArchitectsThe open plan living room connects back to the dining area and kitchen. The original stairs were painstakingly refurbished and the original concrete shelf exposed and sealed.

Paul Uhlmann ArchitectsThis Gold Coast renovation of a riverfront timber framed residence involved the removal of a few decades of refurbishments. Existing 1970s features were discovered and refurbished while a layer of new finishes and cabinet work were added. The pool mosaic and diving board was retained in the pool refurbishment.
Drawn Interior DesignThe front room of this 1930s house in Brockley was designed as a cosy retreat from the mess & stress of a whole-house renovation and a young family.
Contrasting textures & tones create a playful yet grown up feel. Warm, flat matte walls contrast with the cool, glossy textured grey ceiling. A stunning carved teak Yngve Ekström cabinet hides away the TV, while a deep shaggy rug brings the colour palette together.
