Colourful artwork energises the walls, while decorative items—collected, curated, and unexpected—fill every corner with charm and intrigue. At the heart of the room, two large green sofas face one another, anchoring the space with comfort and presence. Between them sits a custom-made marble coffee table—an elegant centrepiece with natural veining that adds depth and texture. A standout feature is the bespoke fireplace, designed in-house. With stepped marble detailing and a refined brass border, it blends contemporary craftsmanship with timeless materiality. The original Victorian detailing of the home remains intact, lovingly preserved and repainted to revive its classical beauty. The overall atmosphere is playful, fresh, and full of life—a confident mix of old and new, where historical charm meets bold artistic expression.

Une rénovation importante est effectuée et l’ensemble des espaces est restructuré et optimisé avec de nombreux rangements sur mesure. Les espaces sont ouverts au maximum pour favoriser la vue vers l’extérieur.

Ristrutturazione completa Ampia villa in città, all'interno di un contesto storico unico. Spazi ampi e moderni suddivisi su due piani. L'intervento è stato un importante restauro dell'edificio ma è anche caratterizzato da scelte che hanno permesso di far convivere storico e moderno in spazi ricercati e raffinati. Sala svago e tv. Sono presenti tappeti ed è evidente il camino passante tra questa stanza ed il salone principale. Evidenti le volte a crociera che connotano il locale che antecedentemente era adibito a stalla. Le murature in mattoni a vista sono stati accuratamente ristrutturati

Mobilier en bois pour la chaleur de ce matériaux afin de contraster avec l'aspect minimaliste souhaité imposé par les couleurs blanches des revêtements et le Béton ciré utilisé pour la cheminée et l'escalier. Une bibliothèque originale sur mesure qui suit la montée d'escalier et sa rambarde aérienne.

Open Plan Living Space - the suspended fireplace is by J C Bordelet, and is a real feature in the living area. The glazed screen is bespoke, and was made on site. The exposed metal trusses give that industrial feel. The pendant lights are reclaimed and restored old factory lighting. The 4m run of bi - folding doors lead out onto the patio area. En este proyecto se ha integrado como elemento diferenciador un aseo integrado en salón a petición del propietario. Se ha utilizado madera de Robre Natural para panelar el aseo del mismo material que el suelo de la vivienda.
