Luxury living room we designed for one of our prime projects in Surrey. We used a natural colour scheme with a touch of grey to add the masculine and luxury feel to this formal living room.

TV und Kamin-Wand. Die Medienwand mit 77 -Zoll TV, wandbündigen Lautsprechern und in den Schüben versteckten Geräten wird mit besonders viel Stauraum der maßgefertigen Hängeschränke abgeschlossen. Die Natursteinplatte aus Nero Assoluto (gleiches Material wie die Küchenarbeitsplatte) läuft von der Kaminumrandung des 2-seitigen Eckkamins als Abdeckplatte und warmes Sitzbänkchen über den Schüben durch. Das Holzablagefach ist integriert und mit pulverbeschichtetem Stahl ausgekleidet.

Gemütliches Beisammensein ist in diesem Wohn- Essbereich kein Problem. Das gemütliche Sofa lädt zum Verweilen ein, der Eames-Lounge-Chair ist wohl bei allen Gästen der beliebteste Sitzplatz. Ein Highlight, was erst auf den zweiten Blick funktioniert ist die Akustikdecke von Lignotrend. Sie sieht nicht nur gut aus, sie gibt dem Raum auch eine perfekte Akustik und trägt so zum Wohlgefühl bei. Ebenso wie die Beleuchtung von Occhio.

La pièce a été pensée en 2 espaces distincts. La zone détente, réception café et la zone réunion formelle. Cette séparation d'espaces a été réalisée par une démarcation colorée. Le plafond a été peint dans un vert pour l'assombrir et le rabaisser visuellement afin de créer une ambiance plus cocooning dans cet espace où l'on se tient assis. Le vert redescend sur les murs de chaque coté du logo, pour l'encadrer et le faire davantage ressortir, et créer une alcôve autour du coin repos. J'ai voulu une ambiance qui mette plus à l'aise, plus conviviale et chaleureuse. Un meuble sur mesure a été imaginé afin de créer du rangement et de dissimulé un frigo et une machine à café. Une grande table de réunion trône au milieu de la pièce pouvant accueillir 10 personnes. Un tableau interactif trouve sa place sur le mur du fond afin de regrouper les écrans du même côté de la pièce et que les réunion soit le plus confortable possible. Ce mur ne recevant pas la lumière du soleil c'est idéal pour éviter les reflets. Un rideau sur mesure a également été installé pour tamiser davantage la pièce lors de visio conférence. La société étant une entreprise de recyclage de matériel informatique nous avons sélectionnés des matériaux pour confectionner un logo sur mesure. Celui ci est installé sur le mur du fond de la pièce afin d'être mis en valeur. Lors de la réunion il est situé de telle sorte que tous les clients le voient. D'un point de vue plus technique le sol a été recouvert de lames PVC imitation bois. Le PVC absorbe davantage le bruit et son aspect accentue l'ambiance chaleureuse.

Ce projet de plus de 150 m2 est né par l'unification de deux appartements afin d'accueillir une grande famille. Le défi est alors de concevoir un lieu confortable pour les grands et les petits, un lieu de convivialité pour tous, en somme un vrai foyer chaleureux au cœur d'un des plus anciens quartiers de la ville. Le volume sous la charpente est généreusement exploité pour réaliser un espace ouvert et modulable, la zone jour. Elle est composée de trois espaces distincts tout en étant liés les uns aux autres par une grande verrière structurante réalisée en chêne. Le séjour est le lieu où se retrouve la famille, où elle accueille, en lien avec la cuisine pour la préparation des repas, mais aussi avec la salle d’étude pour surveiller les devoirs des quatre petits écoliers. This inviting living and dining room blends contemporary style with mid-century furnishings and stunning lighting. Deep green tones paired with dark wood bring the essence of the outdoors inside, while layered textiles add depth and warmth, creating a dynamic and welcoming atmosphere.

A modern flat roof rear extension with a pitched glass roof to the side. Structural glass fins are cleverly used to support the roof, as opposed to bulky UPVC or aluminium framework. We open planned, not only the kitchen with the side return but also with the original rear reception area to create a wonderful light multifunction living space. The flooring runs flush through from the interior to the courtyard garden enabling both the inside and outside space to work together when weather permits.

It's difficult to imagine that this beautiful light-filled space was once a dark and draughty barn with a leaking roof. Adjoining a Georgian farmhouse, the barn has been completely renovated and knocked through to the main house to create a large open plan family area with mezzanine. Zoned into living and dining areas, the barn incorporates bi-folding doors on two elevations, opening the space up completely to both front and rear gardens. Egyptian limestone flooring has been used for the whole downstairs area, whilst a neutral carpet has been used for the stairs and mezzanine level.

This contemporary living room combines a variety of rich textures and finishes with a soothing neutral colour palette, creating a space that is both elegant and comfortable. At its heart, a bespoke TV media unit acts as the main focal point, blending marble, textured panels, and brass metal accents for a sophisticated yet welcoming ambience. The spacious modular sofa provides generous seating, with small drink tables adding practical, easy access for guests. A cosy bar area in the corner features stylish swivel chairs and is complemented by a symmetrically positioned console table and table lamps, perfect for entertaining. Wall panelling enhances the room's depth and detail, while a dropped ceiling introduces soft, indirect lighting and neatly conceals the curtains, ensuring a seamless and polished finish.

The look is simple and serene in this expansive 3-seater Calmo sofa, where straight lines converge with discrete curved details. Comfy cushions complete the picture in this understated expression of elegance (Accompanied with 'The Spanish Chairs').
