In this beautiful-looking living room, an industrial ambiance seamlessly blends with the inviting charm of a cozy reading nook. The space boasts exposed brick walls, complemented by a mix of metal and wood elements, creating an industrial aesthetic. The starting point for this area was the original 1950's freestanding bar - which we loved! The colours throughout the space and the curves that bounce through the design stop the space feeling rigid. The addition of the Oak room divider creates a separate space without losing any light. A gorgeous corner looking out onto the garden.

Rénovation d'une surface de bureaux de 250m², à deux pas des Champs-Elysées, rue de Marignan. Il s'agit d'un ancien appartement haussmannien composé de 7 grandes pièces. Occupé pendant de nombreuses années par une société, nous l'avons récupéré "dans son jus" et entrepris une rénovation légère afin de pouvoir accueillir un nouveau locataire.

This apartment was located in a renovated cottage in Fowey. We retained some of the stonework where the rooms were light to nod to the original architecture. The existing flooring was retained to keep to budget. A rewire of the lighting was required to bring the apartment up to date.
