A Victorian terrace with built in alcoves either side of the fireplace so to balance the space we added the same green to 'hug' around the sofa and make it feel warmer.

Le coin salon est dans un angle mi-papier peint, mi-peinture blanche. Un miroir fenêtre pour le papier peint, qui vient rappeler les fenêtres en face et créer une illusion de vue, et pour le mur blanc des étagères en quinconce avec des herbiers qui ramènent encore la nature à l'intérieur. Souligné par cette suspension aérienne et filaire xxl qui englobe bien tout !

En este proyecto se abrió la cocina al área de día y se modificó el vestíbulo logrando un lugar mucho más grande y luminoso.

Habitués aux appartements des années 70-80, Fabienne et Aurélien rêvaient d'un haussmannien et du charme de l'ancien. Parquet point de Hongrie, moulures, cheminée et marbre de carrare, rien n'a été oublié pour redonner une seconde vie à cet appartement parisien délaissé.

Projet de rénovation totale situé à Nice. Projet qui me tenais à cœur, du fait que ma cliente récupérait l'appartement de ses parents décédés. . Souvenirs et vécu, il a fallu garder des meubles de style, tout en modernisant l'ensemble, et rénover tout l'appartement. Mais surtout de la couleur ! . Accompagnée de tapissiers décorateurs pour la customisation des fauteuils, canapés et mobiliers, l'ensemble à été pensé par mes soins. Ma cliente n'avait aucune idée de comment transformer l'appartement, mais elle voulait de la couleur. Rose poudré pour le salon, terracotta pour la chambre d'amis, du vert et un papier peint tropical pour la chambre principale, et le tour est joué. La cuisine aux accents vintage et campagne, avec un papier peint venant donner l'aspect déco, et la salle de bain moderne esprit nature, ont été totalement repensées. . Ma cliente est ravie, elle ne cesse de me le dire, et c'est le principal. Appartement singulier, c'était un challenge et une satisfaction de sortir de mes standards habituels. En espérant que ça vous plaise autant qu'à nous.

This is the first in a series of images and IGTV posts showing the transformation of our apartment renovation in Kensington, London. It is not often as an interior designer that you get to totally transform a home from top to bottom. This four-bed apartment situated in one of London’s most prestigious garden squares was a joy to work on. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I designed and project-managed the entire renovation. The 2,500sqft apartment was tired and needed a total transformation. My brief was to create a classic contemporary space. The flat was stripped back to the bare bones; we removed the old flooring and installed full soundproofing throughout the apartment. I then laid a dark Wenge parquet flooring and kept the walls in a light off-white paint to keep the apartment light and airy. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I decided to retain the original mouldings on the walls and paint the areas (walls, moulding and covings) in the same colour. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This first image shows the Bolection-style fireplace with the dark slate contrast hearth and slips. I balanced the room by placing two dark wood sideboards and a dark round mirror above the fireplace as a punchy contract to the pale walls.

Eva contacted me a while ago with a burning idea in her mind, perfect for a spring project to get stuck into. She’d decided it was high time for her basement living room to realise its full potential, as for too long, it has floundered as little more than functional space in which to watch TV. Like so many living spaces, it had become somewhere taken for granted, devoid of life, character and all the energy and great features that interior design can reveal. ⁠ ⁠ 1. IDEA: Interior Design for Energising Atmosphere in a home renovation⁠ ⁠ Right from the first consultation and all the way through to the final reveal, I was keen to make sure that every detail, every selected artwork, every use of colour and every accessory was meticulously chosen with one factor in mind: this space deserved to reflect Eva’s outgoing personality and creative lifestyle. Now complete, I’m as delighted with the result as she is. The transformation of what was an uninspiring basement living space into an elegant, vibrant room that was not only a functional environment in which to spend time, but a beautiful one capable of elevating everyday living.

This elegant fireplace reimagines tradition with a clean, contemporary twist. Framed in soft white stone with precise classical detailing, it contrasts beautifully against the deep black hearth and modern wood burner insert. The minimalist palette enhances the room’s calming aesthetic, while curated decor on the mantel – including succulents, sculptural pieces, and small candles – adds a touch of personality and softness. The simplicity of the composition allows the refined proportions and material quality to take centre stage, perfectly balancing function with understated elegance. This fireplace serves as a quiet but confident focal point within the living space.

Our Cheshire based Client’s came to us for an inviting yet industrial look and feel with a focus on cool tones. We helped to introduce this through our Interior Design and Styling knowledge. They had felt previously that they had purchased pieces that they weren’t exactly what they were looking for once they had arrived. Finding themselves making expensive mistakes and replacing items over time. They wanted to nail the process first time around on their Victorian Property which they had recently moved to. During our extensive discovery and design process, we took the time to get to know our Clients taste’s and what they were looking to achieve. After showing them some initial timeless ideas, they were really pleased with the initial proposal. We introduced our Client’s desired look and feel, whilst really considering pieces that really started to make the house feel like home which are also based on their interests. The handover to our Client was a great success and was really well received. They have requested us to help out with another space within their home as a total surprise, we are really honoured and looking forward to starting!
