Un miroir fenêtre pour le papier peint, qui vient rappeler les fenêtres en face et créer une illusion de vue, et pour le mur blanc des étagères en quinconce avec des herbiers qui ramènent encore la nature à l'intérieur. Souligné par cette suspension aérienne et filaire xxl qui englobe bien tout !

L'intérieur a subi une transformation radicale à travers des matériaux durables et un style scandinave épuré et chaleureux. La circulation et les volumes ont été optimisés, et grâce à un jeu de couleurs le lieu prend vie.

Entrando in questa casa veniamo subito colpiti da due soggetti: il bellissimo divano verde bosco, che occupa la parte centrale del soggiorno, e la carta da parati prospettica che fa da sfondo alla scala in ferro che conduce al piano sottotetto. Questo ambiente è principalmente diviso in tre zone: una zona pranzo, il soggiorno e una zona studio camera ospiti. La rénovation de cet appartement familial en bord de mer fût un beau challenge relevé en 8 mois seulement ! L'enjeu était d'offrir un bon coup de frais et plus de fonctionnalité à cet intérieur restés dans les années 70. Adieu les carrelages colorées, tapisseries et petites pièces cloisonnés. Nous avons revus entièrement le plan en ajoutant à ce T2 un coin nuit supplémentaire et une belle pièce de vie donnant directement sur la terrasse : idéal pour les vacances !

Our fireplace transformation in the living room at our house renovation project in Fulham, South West London. We used a Portuguese arabescato marble and the bookcases were designed and made bespoke by my team.

A full renovation and modernisation of this one Bedroom, grade II listed apartment on the first floor of a Georgian terrace building in Marylebone. We oversaw and managed the whole renovation from securing approval from English Heritage and Council to managing the license to alter for this extensive refurbishment. The apartment was reconfigured from a large Studio to a one Bedroom and was modernised throughout as an investment property for the rental market. We maximised storage through extensive joinery designed taking in to consideration the high ceilings of the property, achieving a sense of comfort, spaciousness and luxury. The bathroom with large walk-in wet room and the floor to ceiling sash windows are the main features of the property.
