Kitchen
This shows an island with Alaska White granite and a gray quartz countertop in the rest of the kitchen. We don’t want granite throughout the kitchen and will use a solid gray on the remaining countertops. Something like Caesarstone’s “sleek gray” would work. We have looked at 3” x 6” subway tiles for the kitchen back splash. The color choice would be white or a white with some gray in it.
Shaker Cabinets. We like the hardware and the combination of the round pulls and the horizontal handles. We don’t think that having a stainless frig next to a double wall oven will look good - too much stainless. So we will put cabinet fronts on the frig. We would continue the shaker cabinet style throughout the house, including shaker style doors.
We like the shape of these pendants. Clear glass shows dust easily and with clear glass the bulb is visible.
