I am glad that I stumbled upon this thread. I am just about to have my cabinets template for Neolith installation. These metal strips seem like they would be a big problem given that neolith is very light and somewhat brittle. The "FIXA" brackets seem like overkill. They are designed to lift the entire worktop up above the cabinet level. What about some appropriate thickness of perforated metal strip to even up the plane?
