Above "phone" cabinet. Use this area of food storage rather than dishes? Couldn't be open then, but could have the closed area for appliance and would prevent the traffic jam emptying the dishwasher.

Cookie sheet cubbies for sheets and bags. Do this above the fridge? Or for part of the above the fridge area? Or possibly the high cabinets.
