We have these in VA. They are not only beautifully shaped but they are incredibly functional: sturdy, comfortable, adjustable, easy to care for. We bought the black vinyl-covered ones ($125-150). The vinyl fell apart eventually from aggressive cleaning products, but I recovered them and they look better than new. I found the more attractive flat base stools at the less expensive price.
