Los Angeles/Hollywood Hills, CA - Bathroom addition to Room addition to existing house. Framing of the addition to the existing home, installation of insulation, drywall, flooring, electrical, plumbing, windows and a fresh paint to finish.

This bathroom was fully remodeled, including luxury vinyl flooring, a shiplap accent wall, and a custom double sink, double mirror vanity. The linen closet was also custom built, along with the dressing table, while the original decorative window was kept. A beautiful glass shower with large tile walls and pebble tile flooring, and a handmade sliding door completed the project.

We updated a fifty year old ensuite bathroom with a classic hollywood look. We added the transom window and moved the location of the commode and vanity.

На улице, но под общей крышей находится летняя кухня и зона барбекю. Интерьеры выполнены в строгом классическом стиле. Холл отделён от зоны гостиной и кухни – столовой конструкцией из порталов, выполненной из натурального дерева по индивидуальному проекту. В интерьерах применено множество индивидуальных изделий: витражные светильники, роспись, стеллажи для библиотеки. Вместе с домом проектировался у участок. Благодаря этому удалось создать единую продуманную композицию , учесть множество нюансов, и заложить основы будущих элементов архитектуры участка, которые будут воплощены в будущем.

The footprint of this bathroom remained true to its original form. Finishes were updated with a focus on staying true to the original craftsman aesthetic of this Sears Kit Home. This ensuite bathroom has the perfect neutral backdrop and design. Greys and whites overpower this space to keep it simple yet stunning. Faucets, accessories, and shower fixtures are from Kohler's Purist collection in Satin Nickel. The commode, also from Kohler, is a One-Piece from the San Souci collection, making it easy to keep clean. Most of the tile was sourced through our local Renaissance Tile dealer. Asian Statuary marble lines the floors, wall wainscot, and shower. They grey accent tile is the Allure Light Marble Polished from Marble Systems. A clear glass shower entry with brushed nickel clamps and hardware lets you see the design without sacrifice.

This custom Woodways vanity emphasizes the classic farmhouse cottage style. The resemblance of a standard barn door is used on the center door panels to achieve this. With frameless construction, this smaller sized vanity utilizes its maximum storage possibilities. Bun feet are added to give the feeling of a furniture element in this space.
