The footprint of this bathroom remained true to its original form. Finishes were updated with a focus on staying true to the original craftsman aesthetic of this Sears Kit Home. Let the tile install begin ...

Gorgeous modification for plumbing behind angled-front sink -- fitting pipes inside in a way that looks like a design element. Love brainstorming with contractor -- things happen, lol!

This master bathroom is elegant with a modern farmhouse touch. It has every element of luxury and relaxation a master bathroom needs, without losing that warm and cozy feeling. The freestanding tub makes this bathroom a haven for relaxation. The large shower and double vanity are prefect compliments to create a beautiful and functional space.

Tile baseboards run completely around this space -- without ANY disruption -- as both vanities and toilet are floating! Shared with my tile installer -- "you're going to love this one" !!!

"Shower" view -- note "handles" at entrance of shower -- allowing water turn-on to warm up "prior" to entering the bathing area -- along with a grab bar for any slippery feet -- and a hook for your "pouf" on pony wall (two niches here for toiletries -- functionality hidden in the recesses) ...
