A bright, inviting powder room with beautiful tile accents behind the taps. A built-in dark-wood furniture vanity with plenty of space for needed items. A red oak hardwood floor pairs well with the burnt orange wall color. The wall paint is AF-280 Salsa Dancing from Benjamin Moore.

Custom build for a client who loves the brown tones. It was a challenge to work with a limited color pallet on this build. Having to work around the trim, cabinets, and wall colors within a similar color pallet was challenging in that the designer didn't want to have these items fighting against the lighting fixtures, plumbing fixtures, or even the other materials such as tile and hardwood. We also had the same challenge on the exterior with the brick, stone, roofing, and trim items. The home turned out to be a beauty, but the challenge of working with a set color pallet was one that we had not had to deal with before this build.

This craftsman style bathroom design offers a bright spot in any morning routine. The furniture-like white vanity cabinet with clover molding includes his and hers cabinets and sinks adjoined by a make-up vanity. Each is complemented by a matching white-framed mirror, along with a ceramic tile floor and blue wall color. A powder room was completed in the same home that included a furniture-style vanity in a warm wood tone.
