Adding a pop of color and a wallpapered ceiling to this room turned an ordinary bedroom into a dreamy child's space.

A room to take a late teen through college years. Great study space and display of his passions. Sports, hats.
Get Decorated
This project was a very meaningful one! Get Decorated was honored to transform a room in a very old house that is a shared bedroom for two of the sweetest young boys we've ever met. Their parents wanted to hire a decorator and the first room they decided to work on was for their sons! With back to school season coming up, they wanted to make sure the boys had a space that accurately reflected their individual personalities, while also giving them ownership over their own space within the room. In addition, we incorporated a fun corner nook complete with chalkboard paint and wall-hung lockers that gives the boys space to store all their toys, relax, play and do homework. Oh, and they're also huge soccer fans in case you couldn't tell!!

We turned a small unused room in the back of this house into a playroom for young children. Highlights include custom photo wallpaper (which is adhesive backed and can be peeled away without wall damage), a custom book wall and a wall system allowing easy rotation of kids' art.

A baby boy’s nursery we designed has both plenty of functional and comfortable features. Through plenty of soft textiles - cushions, chairs, and blankets - we gave the space a calming ambiance with plenty of neutral greys and pops of soft blues. For a timeless look, we installed classic wall panels, which showcase a fun, eye-popping contrast between the panel outline and wall. An upholstered storage bench was also installed, ensuring easy clean-up of toys and other accessories, as well as an extra place to sit and play with the baby boy.
Home located in Studio City, California. Project designed by Miami interior design firm, Charles Neal Interiors. They serve nationwide, with much activity in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, and Palm Beach, as well as Los Angeles, New York, and Atlanta.
