Il soffitto è ribassato per alloggiare il soppalco dell'ingresso per letto ospiti. Una vetrata sopra alla porta permette l'ingresso della luce.

This project was not only full of many bathrooms but also many different aesthetics. The goals were fourfold, create a new master suite, update the basement bath, add a new powder bath and my favorite, make them all completely different aesthetics. Primary Bath-This was originally a small 60SF full bath sandwiched in between closets and walls of built-in cabinetry that blossomed into a 130SF, five-piece primary suite. This room was to be focused on a transitional aesthetic that would be adorned with Calcutta gold marble, gold fixtures and matte black geometric tile arrangements. Powder Bath-A new addition to the home leans more on the traditional side of the transitional movement using moody blues and greens accented with brass. A fun play was the asymmetry of the 3-light sconce brings the aesthetic more to the modern side of transitional. My favorite element in the space, however, is the green, pink black and white deco tile on the floor whose colors are reflected in the details of the Australian wallpaper. Hall Bath-Looking to touch on the home's 70's roots, we went for a mid-mod fresh update. Black Calcutta floors, linear-stacked porcelain tile, mixed woods and strong black and white accents. The green tile may be the star but the matte white ribbed tiles in the shower and behind the vanity are the true unsung heroes.

The seeming simplicity of forms and materiality of Five Shadows is the result of rigorous alignments and geometries, from the stone coursing on the exterior to the sequenced wood-plank coursing of the interior. The outdated jacuzzi tub and builder grade shower were removed to create a large curbless walk-in shower. The main focal point of the room is the back wall of the shower which is done in Hampton Carrara Geo Mosaic Marble Tile with rectangular Legno accents. To balance the budget, the side walls were done in Carrara Gris Porcelain Gloss 12x24 tile. The entire bathroom floor is done in 12x24 Hampton Carrara Antique Brushed Marble. It gives the floor a nice texture

A full renovation of 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms apartment, including bedroom design and planning, repositioning the old bathroom and creating the second en-suite, kitchen design and lighting, adding new hallway storage and fitting bespoke wardrobes. Also: replacing floors, windows and bespoke large island. Traditional detailing of sash windows, victorian fireplace, shaker style cabinetry, chevron wood floor, well mixed together with contemporary furniture and art. Lighting design implemented to improve apartment's atmosphere and to create airy, spacious and light fee of the space.

The house's second bathroom was only half a bath with an access door at the dining area. We extended the bathroom by an additional 36" into the family room and relocated the entry door to be in the minor hallway leading to the family room as well. A classical transitional bathroom with white crayon style tile on the walls, including the entire wall of the toilet and the vanity. The alcove tub has a barn door style glass shower enclosure. and the color scheme is a classical white/gold/blue mix.

Revival-style Powder under staircase

The "Dream of the '90s" was alive in this industrial loft condo before Neil Kelly Portland Design Consultant Erika Altenhofen got her hands on it. No new roof penetrations could be made, so we were tasked with updating the current footprint. Erika filled the niche with much needed storage provisions, like a shelf and cabinet. The shower tile will replaced with stunning blue "Billie Ombre" tile by Artistic Tile. An impressive marble slab was laid on a fresh navy blue vanity, white oval mirrors and fitting industrial sconce lighting rounds out the remodeled space.

A beautiful elegant very large master bathroom with all the bells and whistles . From under floor radiant heat to towel warmers and a build-in bidet in the toilette.

This is a colonial revival home where we added a substantial addition and remodeled most of the existing spaces. The kitchen was enlarged and opens into a new screen porch and back yard. This master bathroom is within the new addition.
