Farmhouse shabby chic house with traditional, transitional, and modern elements mixed. Shiplap reused and white paint material palette combined with original hard hardwood floors, dark brown painted trim, vaulted ceilings, concrete tiles and concrete counters, copper and brass industrial accents.

The large bathroom has a double-ended orange clawfoot tub in the center of the room, with a skylight above for stargazing. The vintage chaise longue is recovered in hand-printed fabric by Kathryn M Ireland. The grey double vanity was sourced through Houzz.com, with George Kovacs sconces from Lumens, and mid-century art from Andy Warhol and Keith Haring, interspersed with mounted antlers to keep the desert theme alive. This spacious master bathroom is bright and elegant. It features white Calacatta marble tile on the floor, wainscoting treatment, and enclosed glass shower. The same Calacatta marble is also used on the two vanity countertops. Our crew spent time planning out the installation of the gorgeous water-jet floor tile insert, as well as the detailed Calacatta slab wall treatment in the shower. The spaciousness of the master bathroom is enhanced by the frameless glass shower and antique clawfoot tub.

Classic bathroom design with a color palette of black and white, rich gray and soft blue. Dark gray vanity and linen cabinet, quartz countertop, restored original clawfoot tub by reglazing, painting and updating fixtures. Wall-mounted towel warmer, lighted mirror, white subway wall tiles, and black and white hexagon mosaic floor tiles. Maple cabinetry painted Quarry Gray.

We enclosed the toilet in its own room with a custom linen closet. The new clawfoot tub was painted a buttery yellow to match the art tile the client found and loved. We had that tiled into the wall to the right of the door. We used white and black hexagon tiles to create a tile area rug and in the center, put in a classic white and black snowflake hex. design.
