The contrasting black and white floral penny tile floor adds a lively touch to the room. And the ceiling, finished in glossy dark green paint, ties everything together, emphasizing the recurring green theme. Garage conversion into Additional Dwelling Unit / Tiny House

Association de matériaux naturels au sol et murs pour une ambiance très douce. Malgré une configuration de pièce triangulaire, baignoire et douche ainsi qu'un meuble vasque sur mesure s'intègrent parfaitement.

Un espace moderne, fermé par une porte d’époque cintrée que nous souhaitions vivement conserver. Petite et exiguë, elle a été agrandie afin de pouvoir accueillir une large douche ainsi qu’un plan vasque et un bel espace rangement au fond de la pièce. N’ayant pas d’éclairage naturel dans cette pièce, j’ai dû opter pour une faïence lumineuse et contrastée.

Dans cette salle d'eau un carrelage effet marbre à été installé, allié à des zelliges blancs en pose chevron. Nous avons choisi la robinetterie Hotbath en finition laiton brossé pour magnifier l’espace, tout en restant sobre et élégant.

Complete bathroom remodel - The bathroom was completely gutted to studs. A curb-less stall shower was added with a glass panel instead of a shower door. This creates a barrier free space maintaining the light and airy feel of the complete interior remodel. The fireclay tile is recessed into the wall allowing for a clean finish without the need for bull nose tile. The light finishes are grounded with a wood vanity and then all tied together with oil rubbed bronze faucets.

Ce projet de rénovation est sans doute un des plus beaux exemples prouvant qu’on peut allier fonctionnalité, simplicité et esthétisme. On appréciera la douce atmosphère de l’appartement grâce aux tons pastels qu’on retrouve dans la majorité des pièces. Notre coup de cœur : cette cuisine, d’un bleu élégant et original, nichée derrière une jolie verrière blanche.

Bathroom designed and tile supplied by South Bay Green. This project was done on a budget and we managed to find beautiful tile to fit each bathroom and still come in on budget.
