Beautiful Guest bathroom remodel

Our client’s desire was to have a country retreat that would be large enough to accommodate their sizable family and groups of friends. The master bedroom has been designed in a neutral palette allowing the outdoor landscapes indoor. The entrance to the master bath is separated with a barn door. The master bedroom and bathroom are both fully accessible with wide doorways, a curbless, roll-in shower with bench seat, and grab bars.

A spacious Master Bedroom captures the most beautiful view in the house of a gorgeous oak tree in the backyard and the prestine golf course beyond. A soft grey provides a neutral palette for the warm furnishings and textures.

Pillar 3 Designed this bathroom for a high powered Lexington couple with a keen eye for design. They wanted a sanctuary where they could unwind. Now they can enjoy a glass of wine in the soaking tub and release the stresses of the day in their new steam shower. The new guest bathroom included handmade custom cement tile floors, frameless shower, wood looking porcelain tile walls, black finish fixtures and finish for a contrast looking and custom made one piece cement counter and sink.

We always recommend our clients think about how they will use their home in years to come - and that's just what this couple did! They were ready to remodel their master bathroom in their forever home and wanted to make sure they could enjoy it as long as possible. By removing the unused soaking tub, we were able to create a large, curbless walk-in shower with a relaxing area by the window. This master bathroom is the perfect size for this pair to enjoy now and in the future! And they even have extra room to display some of their sentimental art they've collected over the years. This custom home is part of the Carillon Place infill development across from Byrd Park in Richmond, VA. The home has four bedrooms, three full baths, one half bath, custom kitchen with waterfall island, full butler's pantry, gas fireplace, third floor media room, and two car garage. The first floor porch and second story balcony on this corner lot have expansive views of Byrd Park and the Carillon.
