Bathroom renovation

master bath was in need of updating and repairs. replaced walls with glass, made curbless, added a large niche, a teak fold down seat and grab bar for safety. Removed the corner green tub so we could change the footprint of the shower. Replaced the existing vanity with a floating vanity with lighting, again for safety. The vanity has no doors, it is custom made of all drawers. Upgraded the lighting to LED. Separate water closet contains a new bidet. This master bath not only has tranquil elegance but also function.

Das Masterbad ist eine gelungene Designmeisterleistung. Die Wanne als auch die Regendusche sind cocoonartig von großen Fliesen in Teakholzoptik gerahmt. Der Boden ebenso in Holzoptik gefliest. Der moderne Look wird durch eine französische Landhaustapete und einem Spiegel aus einem ehemaligen alten Schloß aufgebrochen.

This bath remodel eliminates the old fashioned glass block shower in exchange for a contemporary free standing tub and curbless shower design. The shower walls boast a stunning book matched slab that continues into wainscot and tub surround. The floor also has a continuous design where the sea inspired wood plank tile continues all the way into the kite set shower pan.

Das Ergebnis: Ein Mediterranes Wohlfühl-Bad in kräftigen Farben perfekt abgestimmt auf das Älterwerden.

Von der Badewanne zur Dusche ! Das war der Wunsch des Bauherren. So wird diese Wohnung ausschließlich als Wochenend-Wohnung benutzt und da ist eine großzügige Dusche wirklich von Vorteil. Gut, daß Bad ist nicht Groß, eher Schmal. Und ein großer Mittelblock als Dusche kam für den Bauherren nicht in Frage. Hat er doch in dem Haus bereits einige renovierte Bäder der Nachbarn begutachten dürfen. Also haben wir, wieder einmal, die Winkel genutzt, um den Raum so optimal wie möglich einzurichten, eine möglichst große Dusche, mit Sitzmöglichkeit unterzubringen, und trotzdem den Raum nicht zu klein werden zu lassen. Ich denke es ist uns wieder einmal sehr gut gelungen. Warme Farben, Helle Töne, eine wunderschöne Tapete, dazu ein Washlet und ein geräumiger Waschtisch, nebst Glasbecken und Spiegelschrank

Remodeling a home to include modern styling. Kitchen cabinets to a 10 foot + ceiling using a wood-grain high pressure laminate by Egger -- custom cabinets by Wood-Mode -- in Gladstone Oak. Doulbe island provide plenty of prep space while tall pantries with pocket doors allow small appliances and typical kitchen clutter to be hidden away from view. Two bathrooms and the laundry were included in the remodel -- these in a simple Shaker doorstyle with a dark finish on oak. Dramatic & beautiful! Photos by Dan Brannon

Rénovation complète de la salle de bain J'ai remplacé la baignoire par une grande douche, changé les toilettes par un modèle suspendu. Ajout de placards sur mesure pour plus rangements. Nous avons repris l'intégralité du sol : démolition de l'anciens, et installation d'un carrelage plus moderne. Electricité et plomberie ont été également été modifiés.
