Qualunque persona su questa terra sogna di avere un bagno dove potersi dedicare a se stessi, questa stanza infatti è diventata una tra le più importanti delle abitazioni residenziali, ma sopratutto nel contract dove bisogna creare spazi altamente funzionali oltre che estetici. Attraverso questo post vogliamo mostrarvi un progetto di un bagno di un hotel 5 stelle che è stato sviluppato per accontentare anche i clienti più esigenti. Sicuramente a primo impatto, la metratura colpisce, ma poi osservando con attenzione anche il più piccolo dettaglio è stato pensato e progettato per un aiuto alla pulizia ed all’igiene. Per rispettare lo stile dell’hotel abbiamo mantenuto alcune finiture e materiali che ricordano lo stile Liberty con note di Classico - Moderno. Il finto soffitto a cassettoni elimina la percezione di un altezza sopra la media e si contestualizza come elemento di decoro. Questo bagno è stato pensato per creare emozione nel cliente finale.

We added new white tile flooring to help offset the darker components. These same tiles were used half-way up the wall with traditional crown molding separating it from the beige painted walls. A beautiful quartz countertop was placed on top of the dark cherry wood vanity. Columns of drawers were installed to provide plenty of storage space for bathroom essentials and toiletries.

Квартира 120 м2 для творческой многодетной семьи. Дом современной постройки расположен в исторической части Москвы – на Патриарших прудах. В интерьере удалось соединить классические и современные элементы. Гостиная , спальня родителей и младшей дочери выполнены с применением элементов классики, а общие пространства, комнаты детей – подростков , в современном , скандинавском стиле. В столовой хорошо вписался в интерьер антикварный буфет, который совсем не спорит с окружающей современной мебелью. Мебель во всех комнатах выполнена по индивидуальному проекту, что позволило максимально эффективно использовать пространство. При оформлении квартиры использованы в основном экологически чистые материалы - дерево, натуральный камень, льняные и хлопковые ткани.

Квартира 78 м2 в доме 1980-го года постройки. Заказчиком проекта стал молодой мужчина, который приобрёл эту квартиру для своей матери. Стиль сразу был определён как «итальянская классика», что полностью соответствовало пожеланиям женщины, которая впоследствии стала хозяйкой данной квартиры. При создании интерьера активно использованы такие элементы как пышная гипсовая лепнина, наборный паркет, натуральный мрамор. Практически все элементы мебели, кухня, двери, выполнены по индивидуальным чертежам на итальянских фабриках.
