In terms of interior design, the plan included high-end details and finishes for each space that created a flow of color from one space to the next while still creating a unique feel for each specific room. In addition to fabrics and furniture, the design plan included area rugs that fulfilled the overall plan of color flow and uniqueness, and lighting to complement each space with brass accents that worked well together but were not “matchy matchy" as seen in the powder room. This stunning powder room uses blue, white, and gold to create a sleek and contemporary look. It has a deep blue, furniture grade console with a white marble counter. We juxtaposed bold colors and contemporary furnishings with the early twentieth-century interior architecture for this four-level Pacific Heights Edwardian. The home's showpiece is the living room, where the walls received a rich coat of blackened teal blue paint with a high gloss finish, while the high ceiling is painted off-white with violet undertones. Against this dramatic backdrop, we placed a streamlined sofa upholstered in an opulent navy velour and companioned it with a pair of modern lounge chairs covered in raspberry mohair. An artisanal wool and silk rug in indigo, wine, and smoke ties the space together.

This punchy powder room is the perfect spot to take a risk with bold colors and patterns. In this beautiful renovated Victorian home, we started with an antique piece of furniture, painted a lovely kelly green to serve as the vanity. We paired this with brass accents, a wild wallpaper, and painted all of the trim a coordinating navy blue for a powder room that really pops!

On installe également une grande paroi de douche totalement transparente pour garder visible tout le volume. À droite un ensemble de meuble blanc avec plan vasque en stratifié bois. Et au fond une superbe tapisserie poster pour donner de la profondeur et du contraste à cette salle de bain. On a l'impression qu'il s'agit d'un passage vers une luxuriante forêt.

This small space transforms into an exotic getaway. Mandala wallpaper begins a journey across continents. Wall sconces with ornate gold mandalas over white stone bases and a Moorish shaped mirror accentuate the design without overwhelming it. A black vanity pulls the intricacies out of the wallpaper, allowing a back and forth design conversation. White chevron floors remind us of hand paved roads, but keep us here, present and cool with clean lines and timeless pattern.

Ce projet de SDB sous combles devait contenir une baignoire, un WC et un sèche serviettes, un lavabo avec un grand miroir et surtout une ambiance moderne et lumineuse. Voici donc cette nouvelle salle de bain semi ouverte en suite parentale sur une chambre mansardée dans une maison des années 30. Elle bénéficie d'une ouverture en second jour dans la cage d'escalier attenante et d'une verrière atelier côté chambre. La surface est d'environ 4m² mais tout rentre, y compris les rangements et la déco!
