Dans cet appartement moderne de 86 m², l’objectif était d’ajouter de la personnalité et de créer des rangements sur mesure en adéquation avec les besoins de nos clients : le tout en alliant couleurs et design ! Dans l’entrée, un module bicolore a pris place pour maximiser les rangements tout en créant un élément de décoration à part entière. La salle de bain, aux tons naturels de vert et de bois, est maintenant très fonctionnelle grâce à son grand plan de toilette et sa buanderie cachée. Dans la chambre d’enfant, la peinture bleu profond accentue le coin nuit pour une ambiance cocooning. Pour finir, l’espace bureau ouvert sur le salon permet de télétravailler dans les meilleures conditions avec de nombreux rangements et une couleur jaune qui motive !

A custom shower stall was provided in this bathroom. The angle matches the exterior wall and the stall is extra large to give the owner extra space within. A built-in seat and alcove were necessary features and were built into the design early on. The owner provided the three-part shower head which includes a rain feature to mimic the waterfall tiles.

Muted tones of gray and white mix throughout this bathroom, offering a soothing vibe to all who enter. The modern mosaic floor - in a contrasting basket weave - adds a funky edge to the simple gray and white contrasting sub way tiles that line the shower. The clients needed a larger space for a bathroom and closet. They also wanted to move the laundry room upstairs from the basement. We added a room addition with a laundry / mud room, master bathroom with a wet room and enlarged the existing closet. We also removed the flat roof over the bedroom and added a pitched roof to match the existing. The color of the house is going to be changed from yellow to white siding. The tub and shower is in the same “wet room” with plenty of natural light into the room. White subway tile be on the walls. The laundry room sink was repurposed and refinished to be used here. New tile floor was also installed.

Modern and fun bathroom with built in washer/dryer. Floating walnut vanity with terrazzo countertop. The owner provided a custom mural to complete the desgn.
