This bathroom, was the result of removing a center wall, two closets, two bathrooms, and reconfiguring part of a guest bedroom space to accommodate, a new powder room, a home office, one larger closet, and one very nice sized bathroom with a skylight and a wet room. The skylight adds so much ambiance and light to a windowless room. I love the way it illuminates this space, even at night the moonlight flows in.... I placed these fun little pendants in a dancing pose for a bit of whimsy and to echo the playfulness of the sink. We went with a herringbone tile on the walls and a modern leaf mosaic on the floor.

This high-end primary bath remodel incorporated rare pink marble into all aspects of the project. Fixture locations did not change in the design, exterior walls were insulated. Basic architectural components like the shower arch were retained in this superb design by Liz Schupanitz with masterful tile installation by Hohn & Hohn. Cabinets by Frost Cabinets. The guest bath design was inspired by the fun geometric pattern of the custom window shade fabric. A mid century modern vanity and wall sconces further repeat the mid century design. Because space was limited, the designer incorporated a metal wall ladder to hold towels.

Large format tile on the floor from Surface Art Venetian in ‘Brushed Metallic’ creates a modern bathroom design.

Modern farmhouse bathroom remodel featuring a beautiful Carrara marble counter and gray vanity which includes two drawers and an open shelf at the bottom for wicker baskets that add warmth and texture to the space. The hardware finish is polished chrome. The walls and ceiling are painted in Sherwin Williams Westhighland White 7566 for a light and airy vibe. The vanity wall showcases a shiplap wood detail. Above the vanity on either side of the round mirror are two, round glass chrome plated, wall sconces that add a classic feeling to the room. The alcove shower/cast iron tub combo includes a niche for shampoo. The shower walls have a white textured tile in a subway pattern with a light gray grout and an accent trim of multi-gray penny round mosaic tile which complements the gray and white color scheme.

Lors de l’acquisition de cet appartement neuf, dont l’immeuble a vu le jour en juillet 2023, la configuration des espaces en plan telle que prévue par le promoteur immobilier ne satisfaisait pas la future propriétaire. Trois petites chambres, une cuisine fermée, très peu de rangements intégrés et des matériaux de qualité moyenne, un postulat qui méritait d’être amélioré ! C’est ainsi que la pièce de vie s’est vue transformée en un généreux salon séjour donnant sur une cuisine conviviale ouverte aux rangements optimisés, laissant la part belle à un granit d’exception dans un écrin plan de travail & crédence. Une banquette tapissée et sa table sur mesure en béton ciré font l’intermédiaire avec le volume de détente offrant de nombreuses typologies d’assises, de la méridienne au canapé installé comme pièce maitresse de l’espace. La chambre enfant se veut douce et intemporelle, parée de tonalités de roses et de nombreux agencements sophistiqués, le tout donnant sur une salle d’eau minimaliste mais singulière. La suite parentale quant à elle, initialement composée de deux petites pièces inexploitables, s’est vu radicalement transformée ; un dressing de 7,23 mètres linéaires tout en menuiserie, la mise en abîme du lit sur une estrade astucieuse intégrant du rangement et une tête de lit comme à l’hôtel, sans oublier l’espace coiffeuse en adéquation avec la salle de bain, elle-même composée d’une double vasque, d’une douche & d’une baignoire. Une transformation complète d’un appartement neuf pour une rénovation haut de gamme clé en main.

This 1960s home was in original condition and badly in need of some functional and cosmetic updates. We opened up the great room into an open concept space, converted the half bathroom downstairs into a full bath, and updated finishes all throughout with finishes that felt period-appropriate and reflective of the owner's Asian heritage.

DESPUÉS: Se sustituyó la bañera por una práctica y cómoda ducha con una hornacina. Los azulejos estampados y 3D le dan un poco de energía y color a este nuevo espacio en blanco y negro. El baño principal es uno de los espacios más logrados. No fue fácil decantarse por un diseño en blanco y negro, pero por tratarse de un espacio amplio, con luz natural, y no ha resultado tan atrevido. Fue clave combinarlo con una hornacina y una mampara con perfilería negra.

The only full bathroom in this 1906 craftsman home needs to function well for a family of four. We swapped out a claw foot tub for a large walk-in shower with a recessed shower curtain track. Two wall-mounted faucets pour into a wide trough sink. A custom-made medicine cabinet with an arched mirror is flanked by two opaque globe sconce lights.

A perfect mix of blue hues and clean white tile make this bathroom a retreat! The addition of the crane wallpaper tied the space together and made this room unique.

A bright and modern guest bathroom is a bonus in this contemporary basement remodel. A spacious shower with glass doors features a classic, beige, 3 x 12 high gloss ceramic shower tile and a penny ceramic mosaic shower floor in a white finish. The Blume Deco porcelain tile bathroom floor adds a pop of color to the neutral earth tones used in this custom bathroom design.
