Updating for aesthetics is one thing, but for function is a lot harder. You have to really think about who is using the space, how they are using it, and still make it look good. This bathroom is shared by two kids, and in the future an au pair. So there needed to be a lot of closed storage, which we had a custom built in to match the cost effective furniture vanity we sourced from Wayfair. Partnered with Landmark Remodeling and Pro Design Custom Cabinetry to make this a success.

This was a small, enclosed shower in this Master Bathroom. We wanted to give all the glitz and glam this homeowner deserved and make this small space feel larger. We achieved this by running the same wall tile in the shower as the sink wall. It was a tight budget that we were able to make work with real and faux marble mixed together in a clever way. We kept everything light and in cool colors to give that luxurious spa feel.

Refreshed this bathroom space by brightening it up with lighter paint, and brighter vanity light. By simply updating lighting, vanity, mirror, and paint it gave a whole new life to the bathroom.

This transitional guest bathroom features timeless white subway tile, contemporary grey fish scale banding, and a neutral patterned floor tile. Teal wallpaper, a custom embroidered shower treatment, and a nickel mirror give this bath sophistication and class. A contemporary polished chrome faucet and chrome vanity light add the finishing touch.

Design/Build Complete Remodel, Renovation, and Additions. The bathroom in this summer house on Lauderdale Lakes, Wis. was ready for an update. The homeowner loved the sand and water tones of the lake and wanted to incorporate that into the space. We installed granite countertops and used a ceramic tile for the bathtub surround and floors that pair perfectly. All new plumbing fixtures and lighting were also installed to complete the look of this bathroom.

This busy father of 3 wanted an updated functional space for his kids and dog! First we built a custom window seat complete with storage for out of view toys. Then we did a simple remodel of the kids bath in bright white adding whimsical touches and introduced a bit of a rustic Tahoe feel into this fathers master bath. Photo by Scott Hargis.

Alder wood custom cabinetry in this hallway bathroom with a Braziilian Cherry wood floor features a tall cabinet for storing linens surmounted by generous moulding. There is a bathtub/shower area and a niche for the toilet. The white undermount double sinks have bronze faucets by Santec complemented by a large framed mirror.
