Our clients owned a secondary home in Bellevue and decided to do a major renovation as the family wanted to make this their main residence. A decision was made to add 3 bedrooms and an expanded large kitchen to the property. The homeowners were in love with whites and grays, and their idea was to create a soft modern look with transitional elements. We designed the kitchen layout to capitalize on the view and to meet all of the homeowners requirements. Large open plan kitchen lets in plenty of natural light and lots of space for their 3 boys to run around. We redesigned all the bathrooms, helped the clients with selection of all the finishes, materials, and fixtures for their new home.

Because the large tub was replaced with a smaller standard tub, both the shower and the room as a whole feel larger and more spacious. Our clients are always amazed at what a difference gaining just a few inches can make. The frameless glass shower contributes to the spacious and airy feel, while showcasing the beautiful tile detail, shampoo niche and bench inside the shower. What a stunning transformation from the small, dated, gold-framed shower that was there before! Our design also included installing a new high-quality air vent in the ceiling. The important feature of any bathroom air vent is that it can move enough CMF to turn air 4 times. This lowers the humidity in the room after hot showers, which helps you dry off more quickly. This guest bath is definitely an original with this tile that is based on Banksy's street art. You order the square footage you want and they send you whatever they see fit. Because it was a guest bathroom there was more latitude in the design direction. It was not going to be used on a daily basis. To ground the design we used a charcoal grey floor and simple white vanity. This is truly an original
