For this knock down rebuild, in the established Canberra suburb of Yarralumla, the client's brief was modern Hampton style. The main finishes include Hardwood American Oak floors, shaker style joinery, patterned tiles and wall panelling, to create a classic, elegant and relaxed feel for this family home. Our client had a good size master restroom, but the lack of "space" was the big issue, as the shower was so small, yet there was so much "blank air space" that we took advantage of. We expanded the shower, added a linen cabinet and hamper space, gave them a larger functioning vanity with more drawer space, and a compact soaking tub that is cute but totally usable. The entire family is happy, including the cat!

This little bath packs a big functional punch! We engineered a vanity with a sloped vessel sink and wall mounted faucet, a 6" deep recessed Robern Medicine cabinet and Hudson Valley light into a sloped space. Preview First, Mark

The undermount sink is set into a polished Caesarstone quartz countertop in ‘Blizzard’ white with a Luxe gold widespread faucet.

Updated guest bathroom with marble tile and modern finishes. Removed old tub and built a beautiful new stand-up shower with marble subway tile, custom shampoo niche, and hexagon tile shower floor. Installed window for more natural light. Tiled the bathroom floor herringbone-style with marble. A new vanity with ample storage completes the space.

This ensuite bathroom has the perfect neutral backdrop and design. Greys and whites overpower this space to keep it simple yet stunning. Faucets, accessories, and shower fixtures are from Kohler's Purist collection in Satin Nickel. The commode, also from Kohler, is a One-Piece from the San Souci collection, making it easy to keep clean. Most of the tile was sourced through our local Renaissance Tile dealer. Asian Statuary marble lines the floors, wall wainscot, and shower. They grey accent tile is the Allure Light Marble Polished from Marble Systems. A clear glass shower entry with brushed nickel clamps and hardware lets you see the design without sacrifice.

This dated Master Bathroom went from dark, neutral, and lackluster to bright, modern, and luxurious by adding modern elements including custom board and batten, and marble tile. We updated the vanity and repainted cabinets, added new hardware and fixtures, and extended the shower to create space for “his and hers” shower heads. The adjacent floating tub sits caddy-cornered to the rest of the bathroom, with a matte black faucet and wand. This modern navy blue bathroom will soon be a reference point for every model in their neighborhood!

The main bathroom on the first floor - this Needham, MA Powder Room was in need of a refresh. Situated on the interior of the home, with no windows, we knew we had a unique opportunity to embrace aa formal feel. We designed the bathroom around a custom black walnut vanity made in our shop by CEO Jason Hoffman. A unique design, he sourced the black walnut himself, and wove together a beautiful and 1-of a kind, furniture like vanity. The one, plumber's drawer, has hand-made dovetail joints. The vanity is strong enough to hold the extra wide, mitered, quartz countertop. Topped off with a luxury faucet. To match the classiness of the vanity, our carpentry team accented the rest of the space with custom wainscoting, pairing well with the porcelain tile.
